Hebrew engraving, gold infill — and a one-day deadline
This project came to Furnells from a PR company requiring three whisky bottles to be individually engraved in Hebrew and finished with a gold infill.
The brief was unusual enough in its own right, combining direct engraving onto finished glass bottles with non-Latin lettering and a contrasting decorative infill. It also came with an express turnaround: all three bottles were required within a day.
Furnells completed the three engraved bottles within the requested one-day timescale. The gold-filled Hebrew lettering gives the finished bottles a strong presentation quality while retaining the character of the original packaging.
It is a good example of the workshop's ability to handle one-off commercial presentation work where the object, artwork and deadline do not fit a standard production job.
